The Attleboro Downtown Development Plan seeks to promote the redevelopment of underutilized and vacant property to enrich the downtown's mix of uses and vitality. This urban renewal will benefit the entire city by spurring new commericial, retail and housing opportunities, improving the commuterrail station and parking and encouraging more 24/7 activity in the downtown corridor, all the while increasing the tax base in the city.
